We offer 30-day Return Period
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unchanged and new condition, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need or proof of purchase.

If your return is related to items that were correct, but simply not to your liking, return shipping will be up to you.
If your return is related to incorrectly shipped or damaged items, we’ll issue a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The method of safe re-packing, shipping, tracking and insurance against damage or loss is up to you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (heads and sticks), custom products (such as special orders or custom items), and personal goods (such as in-ears, ear-plugs). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or sprays. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on some closeout items or gift cards.
Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel an order already in process, simply hit reply to your original order email confirmation with details your cancel request. Or email us your request to info@drummaker.com
Please note: a chargeback with your bank or payment card IS NOT a simple cancel request, it is a very damaging "mini-legal-action" against our small business with fees and legal teams involved. It's greatly unfair to choose such action before asking us to cancel your order directly in a fair manner
Restocking Fees
Cancellation of orders already safely and correctly delivered to you and then returned to us simply at your choosing are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee deducted from refunds processed.
Cancellation of orders already pulled, packaged and labeled awaiting shipper picked up within the 2-8 business day shipping timeframe are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee deducted from refunds processed.
Cancellation of custom shop items already in completed or in mid process are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee deducted from refunds processed.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@drummaker.com.
Damages and item issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please do this with 10 days of delivery.
Item Issues on international shipments may be resolved by refunds or credits, rather than replacements.
Items issues for USA shipments can not be resolved internationally at a later time.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item not desired and after the return is accepted, make a separate unrelated purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day "cooling off period"
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
