Lead time for us to ship?
Most standard items ship out within an ESTIMATED 2-8 business days.

Pre Order items vary greatly in lead time as they are specific to that vendor and their industry conditions. Please contact us for your specific estimated ship time.

Custom shop items like wood shells & hoops, cut wrap, pre-finished, pre-drilled etc. ship out within an ESTIMATED 5-14 business days.  

Lead time for shipper to deliver?
ESTIMATED time in transit days shown by the shipper here start AFTER your box has been shipped. NOT from when you click the checkout button.

Rush Deadlines?
Make sure to let us know. We can't hit a target you've not made us aware of.

Oversized or Overweight boxes.
In some cases, to some locations, some large or heavy boxes may require added shipping cost than the estimation shown at checkout. Especially large cases, hoops, heads, cymbals to CA, OR, WA.

Shipper Choice.
Large or heavy boxes may ship with UPS or FEDEX.
Small or light packages may ship with USPS  

If you have specific need to avoid or only use a certain shipper, please let us know.

Stolen Deliveries.
As a small custom shop, we can offer NO responsibility for delivered packages lost or stolen from your location after the shipper completes delivery. 

Changes After Order.
After shipped, address changes or reroutes are generally not possible.
 
Undeliverable Boxes.
If your box is returned by the shipper as undeliverable, unclaimed or refused - the paid shipping cost is not refundable and standard restock fee may apply.

International.
Shipments outside the USA can also be delayed if held by your country's customs or import tax system or if final delivery is made by your country's postal system. 

All shipments using USPS delivery (United States Postal Service) are handed off to your country's postal system for final delivery. We do not have knowledge or control of international shipping systems.
